Facility Design and Furniture Managment A position is available in a suburban Pittsburgh (airport area) corporate headquarters. Full-time position to join Facilities team in a class "A" working environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Interior design abilities with responsibility to work with client and assess space needs.
• AutoCAD experience for space planning and general facilities needs.
• Furniture systems assessment and purchasing.
• Inter-personal skills to meet and work with clients to assess needs.
• Project management experience.
• Reporting experience and proven business writing skills.
• Meeting planning experience to coordinate use of meeting and dining facilities.
• Ability to track furniture inventory and coordinate re-use.
• Ability to track furniture condition, manage repair & refinishing process.
• Financial budgeting and invoice processing.
• Coordination of home office planning, equipment procurement and installation.
• Perform ergonomic assessment and manage furniture selection and adjustments to meet individual requirements.
